Southlands Planning Application

Our residential conversion of a series of redundant agricultural warehouse buildings has recently been submitted to Dover District Council for planning.

The scheme comprises of 3 individual dwellings that harness and celebrate the rawness of the existing agricultural structural frame, and utilise both single level and split level occupancy to deal with a challenging site.

Proposals were developed and submitted under Class Q of permitted development rights, a policy that has been introduced by the government as part of its wider targets to increase housing in rural areas.
