Associate, Architect ARB
My doorway into architecture came through product design; smaller scale detailed design eventually led me to understanding that design, in any form, is the hinge that links our ideas to reality. I get incredible satisfaction from the creative process; the combination of 2D and 3D qualities that drawing offers really appeals to me as an approach to solving problems. This, along with innovative minds working together to achieve a desired outcome, is a wonderful feeling.
I joined TaylorHare at the beginning of its journey. Having now been involved with a large majority of the practice’s projects, the time has taught me to be patient but daring in an ever-changing professional environment. It has often felt natural allowing the practice to find its identity and I believe that it is only through the collective thoughts of everybody involved that this has been possible.
Surrounding yourself on a daily basis with enthusiastic and creative professionals means that you constantly push yourself to achieve higher levels of design output.
As TaylorHare continues to progress, I constantly look forward to pushing our team and our clients to solve problems and achieve Architecture that we can all be very proud of.
Outside of architecture, I am a keen car enthusiast, I enjoy writing literature and spending time with my young family.
