I joined TaylorHare in October 2021, bringing with me over 13 years of experience in practice management and business operations. Having always enjoyed organisation, people management, and creating efficient ways of working, I naturally gravitated towards roles that support the successful running of professional practices.

As Practice Manager, I take pride in supporting our team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Since joining TaylorHare, I have embraced a variety of new challenges and opportunities that have broadened my knowledge of both architecture and business management. I am a positive and proactive individual who enjoys building strong relationships, fostering a collaborative culture, and contributing to the continued success of the practice.

Outside of work, life is kept busy by my two young children. When I do find some spare time, you’ll usually find me at an exercise class, exploring new places with family and friends, or enjoying a spot of retail therapy.
